Answer to Civil Complaint - Case No.GIC882306

The documents below are from a civil complaint filed by Pacific Law Center. The reason there are lines marked through the paragraphs it is because they have been stricken from record.

On April 8, 2008 on or around 8:44pm, Incoming call from Mr. Ryan G. Markson called me and asked for me to remove his name from my blogs and postings as a previous attorney for Pacific Law Center. He understood the reason that I will not remove his name or any other name from the lists and he asked me the correct spelling of my full name. He was polite and understanding. He was the defendant for the civil case below, and it was settled out of court just like all civil cases that involve Pacific Law Center. He and other previous attorneys for Pacific Law Center deny any knowledge that non California licensed attorneys for Pacific Law Center have been advertising for several years that they are licensed California attorneys. Settled out of court means receiving Money to stay silent.
